“Marcel” is an animated video produced by SKDknickerbocker for the Rockefeller Foundation’s 100 Resilient Cities initiative and the City of New Orleans, as part of the commemoration of the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina in August 2015. This cutting edge animation tells the story of a young boy born in New Orleans today, and what resilience planning means for that child over the next 35 years.
