SKDK Announces Firm Wide Promotions 

Promotions include a new Managing Director and new Chiefs of Staff in NY & DC in the Public Affairs practice

SKDK, a nationally recognized public affairs and political consulting firm, today announced promotions across all levels. These promotions demonstrate the firm’s continued growth and commitment to investing in diverse and dynamic individuals.

SKDK is proud to announce the promotions of the following employees:

  • Stephanie Reichin has been promoted to Managing Director. Reichin has been with the firm since 2015, leading major public affairs campaigns for a broad range of nonprofit and philanthropic clients, including America250, the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, the Rockefeller Foundation, and Jazz at Lincoln Center, among others.
  • Daniel Barash has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Barash is a senior political strategist for the country’s most competitive races, including Rep. Shontel Brown, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly, and Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval.
  • Cameron French and Mariel Sáez have each been promoted to Executive Vice President. French is a former senior spokesperson for the Biden-Harris Transition and Obama appointee at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Department of Education. Sáez has spent over a decade in senior government and political communications roles before joining SKDK, including as Director of Broadcast Media for President Biden. 
  • Paige Hill, a former senior regional communications director for President Biden, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff in Washington, DC. Senior Vice President Jason Novak, a former spokesperson for Connecticut Governor Dan Malloy, will take on the role of Chief of Staff in New York. 
  • Kyle Schnoebelen has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Schnoebelen is a strategist and speechwriter who has written for and coached elected officials, CEOs, Academy Award winners, and civil rights leaders.
  • Alaina Berner, Rachel Feder, John Kim, Alexandra Macfarlane, Ralph Mays, Camille Meekins, and Ryan Peters have each been promoted to Vice President.
  • Anna Elsasser, Johanna Hernandez, Sophie Partridge-Hicks, Christian Rodriguez Hernandez, and Molly Salter have been promoted to Director. 
  • Mara Kaplan, Jade Klain, Katia Lockwood-Shabat, Nolan Lyons, Arianna Morgan, Silvana Portillo, Jack Sullivan, and Hannah Vail have been promoted to Senior Associate.
