Onur Toper is a member of the public affairs team in SKDK’s Washington, D.C. office, where he provides strategic communications and rapid response support for a range of corporate, energy, advocacy, and philanthropic clients.
Onur joined SKDK full-time after participating in the firm’s internship program. Prior to joining SKDK, he gained experience across federal and local government, interning in the offices of Secretary Pete Buttigieg, Senator Chuck Schumer, Mayor James Mueller, and Congressman Jake Auchincloss. He also served as a Communications Intern on the Harris-Walz campaign.
Originally from the South Bend, Indiana area, Onur earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College. He is fluent in Turkish and has studied Arabic and Spanish.
