Maya Puffer

Maya Puffer is a member of the public affairs team in New York, where she works with clients across sectors, including nonprofit and higher education organizations. She joined SKDK following completion of the firm’s internship program.

Prior to joining SKDK, she gained experience working in Governor Maura Healey’s Office in Constituent Services, assisting Massachusetts residents in accessing resources and navigating state support systems. She has also worked as a Research Analyst on a consulting project for the Rhode Island Food Policy Council, focused on assessing municipal interest in compost program expansion, and as a Research Assistant with Tufts-Skidmore Spain, where she developed initiatives to promote the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the study abroad program.

Maya is from Framingham, MA, and earned her B.A. in International Relations, Environmental Studies, and Theatre, Dance, & Performance Studies at Tufts University.
