Kira Barich is a member of the public affairs team in SKDK’s New York City office, where she provides strategic communications and media relations support for a range of healthcare, advocacy, and philanthropic clients.
Kira began working at SKDK in May 2026. Prior to joining SKDK, she gained varied experience in political communications, interning on the Cities team at BerlinRosen, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, and Lambda Legal. They also worked as a Digital Associate at Sapphire Strategies, supporting online fundraising efforts for Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries.
Originally from Princeton, New Jersey, Kira earned their bachelor’s degree in political science from Emory University. She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
