Chiara Scarcella is an art director and designer specializing in direct mail and political branding. With deep roots in graphic design, Chiara’s creative-first approach focuses on the importance of visual identity and storytelling to establish strong brands and effective messaging for clients.
At SKDK, Chiara’s work has helped elect Democrats across the country for nearly a decade. She has served as art director on the direct mail teams for both Kamala Harris and Joe Biden’s presidential campaigns, helping lead the creative development and execution of mail in multiple battleground states. Chiara has also developed design and creative strategies for many of SKDK’s advocacy and corporate clients. Her work has been recognized with multiple Pollie and Reed awards.
Chiara is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in design management. She is a proud Italian immigrant.
