Ariel Sussman is a passionate storyteller, bringing years of experience in labor communications, political campaigns, and nonprofit organizations to her work with education and criminal justice clients across SKDK.
Prior to joining SKDK, Ariel championed labor rights across the country, notably leading strategy for several impactful teacher union contract campaigns. Previously, Ariel served on the successful campaign to uphold a transgender nondiscrimination law in her home state of Massachusetts (“Yes on 3”).
Ariel is originally from Sudbury, Massachusetts and moved to New York City in 2020. She graduated from the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!) in 2018 with a degree in journalism.
