Emily Bernstein Dunkel is a member of the public affairs team in New York, where she provides strategic communications and crisis management support for a variety of SKDK’s higher education, healthcare, and advocacy clients.
Emily joined SKDK full-time after participating in the firm’s internship program. Before joining SKDK, she interned with a variety of political advocacy and nonprofit organizations, including working in civil society peacebuilding. She also served as a Constituent Services Intern in the Office of Congressman Jerry Nadler (NY-12).
A New York City native, Emily earned a B.A. in American Studies, with a concentration in U.S. Politics, from Wesleyan University.
