Jackson Hengsterman is a member of SKDK’s public affairs team in New York. He works closely with the firm’s tech, energy, and education clients to navigate major crises, craft strategic messaging, and secure political victories.
Before coming to New York, Jackson worked in SKDK’s Albany office. There, he traveled across the state to organize press events and support high-profile legislative campaigns. He previously interned in the publicity department at Farrar, Straus, and Giroux, where he promoted the work of esteemed writers, including Nobel laureate Lousie Glück and Pulitzer Prize winner Joshua Cohen.
He graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University with a degree in English. Born in Albany, he lives in Brooklyn and roots for Philly. Go Birds.
