Mia Motley is the Director of Operations (Office Services) at SKDK and is based out of the Washington, D.C., office.
With over a decade of experience at SKDK, Mia has managed budgets and coordinated contracts in multiple office renovations and expansion projects. Whether managing building and vendor relations, furniture procurement, office supplies, and staff tools — or coordinating staff on/offboarding and our DC Snack Program, Mia plays an integral role in helping to ensure the office is well stocked, looks great, and daily operations run smoothly!
Before joining SKDK, Mia worked at The John F. Kennedy Center in marketing and subscription sales. There she implemented new processes and cultivated strategic partnerships with Classic Concierge and the National Concierge Association to increase visibility and revenue. Mia also has experience related to the beverage industry. In this capacity, she conceptualized, planned, and executed special events for Krups Nescafe Dolce Gusto.
Mia graduated from Susquehanna University with a B.A. in Music and Theatre and a minor in Public Relations. After living in NYC, Mia is thrilled to be back in the DMV, where she resides with her husband, son, and daughter.
