Silvana Portillo brings experience in developing comprehensive media strategies to engage audiences and build a social media presence for clients. Her political activism began as a volunteer organizer for undocumented immigrants and DREAMers’ rights in the South Carolina Midlands area. She also spent time creating and targeting content, monitoring social media campaigns, and fundraising for Bay Area progressive candidates and organizations. As a digital senior associate at SKDK, Silvana is responsible for content planning, creation, and revision, while also helping to produce robust digital strategies.
Silvana is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she studied political science, digital marketing, and public service.
