With two decades of experience, Rae has successfully managed complex crises, advising CEOs and executive leadership teams. Through a meticulous focus on impactful diversity and inclusion policies and programs, Rae has been instrumental in shaping inclusive corporate environments that are both equitable and profitable.

Rae’s expertise is rooted in a deep understanding of the evolution of diversity and inclusion, coupled with an approach to policy development that enhances company culture and stakeholder confidence. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true leadership demands a steadfast commitment to justice and inclusivity, where every voice within the corporate sphere is heard and valued.

Rae has held positions at national PR firms, national nonprofit organizations, and education institutions, leading large-scale communications and public affairs efforts influencing key policies on corporate diversity and inclusion, child victimization, and homelessness and housing insecurity.

A native of Washington, D.C., Rae earned her bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and holds two master’s degrees from Boston University.
