Kelly Higgins is an experienced researcher specializing in politics and issue advocacy. She has conducted political research in over 30 countries and moderated over 100 focus groups in 20+ states for various campaigns, organizations, and corporations.
At SKDK, Kelly leads quantitative and qualitative projects on a variety of topics for corporate, issue advocacy, and philanthropy clients. She specializes in message development, helping clients understand how to effectively communicate their brand and mission through data-driven insights. Much of her work focuses on advancing equity and reproductive justice, democracy reform, economic opportunity, and institutional narrative development and strategy.
Kelly began her career at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner, where her clients included three U.S. senators, two members of Congress, and national research for End Citizens United. Before SKDK, she worked at ClearPath Strategies.
Kelly is a proud Philadelphian (read Eagles Fan) and University of Pennsylvania graduate. Prior to starting her research career, she lived in Maine, where she worked part-time as a lobster fisherman.
