Kelly Higgins is an experienced researcher specializing in politics and issue advocacy. She has conducted political research in over 30 countries and moderated 100 focus groups in over 20 states for various campaigns, organizations, and corporations.
At SKDK, Kelly leads quantitative and qualitative projects on a variety of topics for corporate and issue advocacy clients. Much of her work centers on equity and reproductive justice, including work with the Center for Policing Equity, the National Partnership for Women and Families, and a landmark post-2020 election study of more than 3,500 AAPI women nationwide for the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum (NAPAWF).
Kelly began her career at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner, where her clients included three U.S. senators, two members of Congress, and national research for End Citizens United. Before SKDK, she worked at ClearPath Strategies.
Kelly is a proud Philadelphian and University of Pennsylvania graduate. Prior to starting her research career, she lived in Maine where she worked part-time as a lobster fisherman.
