Avika Dua

Avika Dua is an experienced and innovative strategist who has built and managed large scale digital campaigns across politics, government, tech, and progressive organizations.

Prior to joining SKDK, she developed and led successful digital programs as Digital Director for New York’s first female Governor, Kathy Hochul, and for California’s first Latino U.S. Senator, Alex Padilla. During the 2020 presidential election, she managed over $21M in media spend for Pete Buttigieg’s campaign and developed Priorities USA’s first-ever program to drive vote by mail turnout among voters of color. She’s also advised top-tier U.S. Senate campaigns and non-profits in paid and organic digital strategy.

Avika is especially passionate about harnessing the power of technology for positive social change, having begun her career at Google leading web marketing efforts for a new initiative to expand access to the company’s digital trainings and tools.

Originally from California, Avika is a graduate of Harvard University, where she studied Economics and Government. She brings extensive experience in every aspect of digital communications to the table when solving problems for clients, including persuasion, mobilization, online fundraising, website optimization, and social strategy.
