Roberti brings expertise in crisis communications, non-profits, and global communications to the firm

New York, NY – Today, SKDK announced that Dan Roberti has joined the firm as Managing Director. With nearly two decades of experience leading communications strategies across corporate, nonprofit, and advocacy sectors, Roberti brings a unique blend of crisis management expertise, digital innovation, and mission-driven storytelling to his new role.
Most recently, Roberti served as Vice President of Communications and Digital at the Anti-Defamation League, where he was a senior advisor to the CEO and led global communications strategy. He oversaw a multi-platform media operation across 25 regional offices, spearheaded litigation-related communications on historic cases, and restructured the communications team to meet the demand of a rapidly evolving media landscape.
“Dan has been in the room for some of the most complex, high-stakes communications challenges of the last decade—from global crisis to landmark civil rights litigation,” said Partner Mike Morey.
“Dan is one of the smartest strategists I’ve ever met. We are lucky to bring his talents to SKDK where he will advise clients during some of their most challenging moments,” added Partner Kerri Lyon.
Prior to his time with the ADL, Roberti led high-profile public affairs and corporate communications campaigns for clients such as Alaska Airlines/Virgin America, PBS, Ken Burns, Martin Luther King III, Roc Nation, TIDAL, and Waste Management. His work has spanned crisis response, brand positioning, M&A, litigation support, and influencer engagement.
“I’ve long admired SKDK’s reputation as a firm that delivers smart, strategic counsel on the issues that matter most,” said Roberti. “I’m excited to join such an incredible team and to help our clients navigate today’s complex media and political environment with clarity and creativity.”
