Rachel brings extensive expertise in social media and branding to her work at SKDK after years in political and reproductive rights nonprofits. She is adept at managing digital strategy through major announcements and crises.
At SKDK, Rachel works with healthcare, corporate, government, and nonprofit clients to tell each brand’s unique story via digital channels. She especially loves working with individuals to fine-tune their voices and build their communities, and she’s a strong advocate for using social listening to discover emerging trends, changing narratives, and hidden opportunities online.
Before SKDK, Rachel was the senior social media strategist and brand associate at NARAL Pro-Choice America, the communications coordinator at Emerge, and a press assistant at the Democratic National Committee (DNC). She is also an experienced social media trainer.
A California native, Rachel graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in English. She earned her master’s degree in communication from Johns Hopkins University.
