Jasmine Hooks is SKDK’s chief operating officer with experience in public affairs, campaigns, and government. She advises on HR policy development, client agreements, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
Previously, Jasmine was the chief operating officer in Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s administration, where she aided in the state’s COVID response, developed a statewide DEI framework, and created statewide policies and procedures. Before her role in Governor Pritzker’s administration, Jasmine spent several years on the Pritzker campaign, where she held various roles, including director of operations and director of scheduling. Jasmine also previously worked at a public affairs firm, creating strategic events for various nonprofit clients.
A Marquette University graduate, Jasmine hails from Chicago.
