Maria Landron

Maria is a member of the public affairs team in New York City, where she works with clients to shape the narrative on the most contentious social, education, and public health issues. During her time at SKDK, Maria has implemented communication strategies to expand and protect reproductive care post Dobbs, address New York City’s ongoing migrant crisis, advance policies that support the financial and physical wellbeing of homeless families, and promote K-12 schools in underserved communities.  

In her previous role, she led the 2020 census campaign for a municipality in South Florida, securing one of the state’s highest census response rates. She is passionate about immigration reform and previously interned for the National Immigration Forum.  

Maria graduated cum laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she was recognized as the Outstanding Graduate for the School of Communication and Media. She is originally from the Dominican Republic.
