Kyle is a strategist and speechwriter working on the front lines of today’s biggest issues, from climate change to our economic recovery from Covid-19. He has written for cabinet officials, members of Congress, Academy Award winners, CEOs, and civil rights leaders. An expert in helping principals discover and refine their voices, he has crafted opinion pieces appearing in The New York Times, The Washington Post, TIME Magazine, and The Economist, among others, as well as trained spokespeople to deliver their messages through major media outlets.

At SKDK, Kyle has developed persuasive messaging in service of reducing police violence, expanding reproductive rights, taxing billionaires, and maintaining the separation of church and state. Prior to joining SKDK, Kyle led brand and message R&D projects at a boutique consulting firm. That work included a global effort at the U.S. Department of State to rebrand the Fulbright Scholars Program. He has also served as an editor at the Center for American Progress, a Washington D.C. think tank.

Kyle graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in public policy. He is a part-owner of the Green Bay Packers and a full-time history nerd.
