Kelly is a member of SKDK’s public affairs team in New York City where she contributes her experience in government, advocacy, and communications.
Prior to working at SKDK, Kelly was a member of the 2022 White House Internship Fall class where she worked in the Office of Communications for the Executive Office. In this role she worked with national and international outlets to help ensure the President’s message reached audiences clearly and accurately.
Along with working in government, Kelly also has experience working for grassroots nonprofits such as The Bridge Alliance Education Fund where she assisted with communications and digital strategy.
Kelly is a 2021 graduate from the University of Kansas where she studied Political Science and Spanish. During her time at KU she was awarded the Dr. Neeli Bendapudi Award for outstanding community service for her work at the Office of Multicultural affairs where she worked as a peer mentor.
