Kelly is an experienced researcher specializing in politics and issue advocacy. She has conducted political research in more than 30 countries and has moderated 100 focus groups in 20+ states for various campaigns, organizations, and corporations.

At SKDK, she leads quantitative and qualitative projects on a variety to topics for corporate and issue advocacy clients. Many of her projects center on improving equity and reproductive justice including work with Center for Policing Equity, the National Partnership for Women and Families, and a landmark post-2020 election study of more than 3,500 AAPI women nationwide for the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum (NAPAWF).

She began her career at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner, where her clients included three U.S. Senators, two members of Congress, and national research for End Citizens United. Prior to joining SKDK, she worked at ClearPath Strategies.

Kelly is a proud Philadelphian and UPenn graduate. Prior to starting her research career, she lived in Maine where she worked part-time as a lobster fisherman.
