Greta is an experienced political operative and is skilled at shaping political, educational, and branding campaigns.
At SKDK, she specializes in advertising and production for political, non-profit and for-profit clients. Her political work includes federal and state campaigns, IE work, and successful ballot initiatives, including for Representative Josh Gottheimer, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s Independent Expenditure, Senate Majority PAC, the NAACP’s voter empowerment program, and most recently, Wes Moore’s successful Maryland gubernatorial election.
Greta also works closely with advocacy and for-profit clients to craft their campaigns. For the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, she helps lead the team to ban flavored tobacco products in localities across the country. By utilizing a combination of direct mail, TV, radio, and print to increase public pressure on elected officials, the team has secured victory in several states with more on the horizon. She has also helped lead the teams working with several for-profit clients, including Disney, to craft reputational campaigns and paid media efforts.
Prior to joining SKDK, she worked for a sustainable trade association, where she used her background to help brands like New Belgium Brewing and Patagonia engage in policy campaigns at the national and state level. Previously, Greta worked across the country on the campaign trail, including on Senator Bennet’s successful first election.
A native of Cape Cod, MA, Greta graduated from George Washington University with a degree in political science and economics. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and daughter.
