Anna Elsasser works in SKDK’s Washington, D.C., office, where she engages with a variety of nonprofit, advocacy, and corporate clients. She is an effective communicator with a passion for crafting messages that advocate for equity and policy change. Anna has experience working on campaigns and on Capitol Hill, managing media relations and producing communications deliverables surrounding pro-choice politics, COVID-19 relief, healthcare, and affordable housing legislation.
Before SKDK, Anna was part of the press team for Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand’s office and worked for EMILY’s List, a PAC that supports campaigns to elect pro-choice Democratic women.
Originally from North Carolina, Anna graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a bachelor’s degree in public relations and sociology.
