Adonna Biel is a seasoned communications strategist who brings her experience in politics and strategic communication to SKDK’s corporate, advocacy and nonprofit clients.

Prior to joining SKDK’s public affairs team, Adonna served as the Deputy Rapid Response Director at the DNC. In this role, she helped lead the team’s day-to-day efforts to respond to the 24/7 news cycle and served as a spokesperson for the organization. Adonna has extensive political experience and joined the Biden Campaign in early days as Deputy National Press Secretary. During the 2018 cycle, she worked on the campaign communications team at EMILY’s List.

Adonna is a North Carolina native and graduated from North Carolina State University with degrees in Political Science and Communication.
